The Weight of Being brings together a diverse group of twentieth-century and contemporary artists, including Lucy Jones, to explore how art captures the psychological and emotional impact of societal pressures, resilience in the face of adversity, and existential uncertainty. Through a wide range of mediums, perspectives, and lived experiences, the exhibition aims to spark meaningful conversations around identity, emotional well-being, and resilience—offering a reflective, hopeful examination of the shared weight of existence and the strength found in collective experience.
