Geometry is my muse, it's my starting point. I've explored diamond formations before, but perhaps never with quite such a colourful palette; their character and presence so completely opposite to the circular motifs I closely associate myself with. Sharp zig-zag rhythms play with vivid colour pairings, intuitively balanced to cross-reference, left to right, top to bottom. By containing them within circles or squares, they take on an emblematic or heraldic quality, bright and distinctive.
