Cascadia Art Museum, Edmonds, WA
17 January 2019 - 5 January 2020

Aleah Chapin's self portrait Listening in the Dark will be on display at Cascadia Art Museum until January 2020.

This extended exhibition focuses on the varied approaches Northwest artists have used to portray themselves or other important figures in the Northwest cultural community over the past one hundred years.

Three prominent contemporary Northwest artists; Gary Faigin, William Elston and Aleah Chapin are brought together in a dialogue across the decades with their earlier counterparts such as Mark Tobey (1890-1976) and Louise Crow (1891-1968)
