Eduardo Paolozzi London Underground mosaics to find new home in Edinburgh

The Eduardo Paolozzi mosaics originally commissioned for Tottenham Court Road underground station in London were controversially removed to make way for the Crossrail. They have now been gifted by Transport for London to the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and will be put on permanent display in the next academic year. The mosaics will also be used to teach conservation training to future Edinburgh students. A section of the mosaic will remain in situ at Tottenham Court Road under the guardianship of Art on the Underground.
