Jakkai Siributr: There's no Place Embroidery Workshop

Canal Projects, New York
3 Feburary 2026, 6.30-8pm

Please join us at Canal Projects for the first public embroidery workshop led by exhibiting artist Jakkai Siributr.

In a series of workshops led by Jakkai Siributr and local artists, visitors will have an opportunity to participate in the design and growth of the ongoing collaborative project central to the exhibition titled “There’s no Place”. Members of the public are invited to embroider their own stitched reflections on 120 panels created by the community of the Koung Jor Shan Refugee Camp on the Thailand–Myanmar border. Panels created throughout the course of the exhibition at Canal Projects will be added to the installation in its next iteration.

This event is free. RSVP here
