Jason Larkin is a British photographer internationally recognised for his long term social documentary projects and environmental portraiture. His immersive process and slow approach allow for comprehensive bodies of work that reveal and frame important social, economic and political issues. His work is often concerned with contextualising present realities through historical legacies. Larkin has published four monographs, Cairo Divided (self-published, 2011); Tales From The City Of Gold (Kehrer, 2013); Platinum (Fourthwall, 2015); and Waiting (Photoworks, 2015). His long-running project Past Perfect was widely recognized with awards, including the PDN New Portraiture Award in 2011. Recent exhibitions include the Museum of Photography Braunschweig (Germany), and Hyeres Photography & Fashion Festival (France). His work is held in the permanent collections of the Haggerty Museum (USA), The Museum of Fine Arts Houston (USA) and Johannesburg Library Collection (South Africa).

Since 2008 Tim Clark has been Editor in Chief at 1000 Words. Previously Associate Curator at Media Space, The Science Museum in London, exhibitions he worked on included Julia Margaret Cameron: Influence and Intimacy (2015) and Gathered Leaves: Photographs by Alec Soth (2015-2018). He has also organised exhibitions independently, most recently Peter Watkins: The Unforgetting at Webber Gallery (2017) and Rebecoming: The Other European Travellers at Flowers Gallery (2014). He co-curated Photo Oxford 2017, comprising presentations by Edgar Martins, Mariken Wessels, Martin Parr and Sergei Vasiliev and Arkady Bronnikov from The Russian Criminal Tattoo Archive. He is also a visiting lecturer on the MA in Photography at NABA, Milan.
