Overview
Flowers will exhibit new works by Kleio Gizeli that suggest narratives of domestic and urban environments, staged within miniature worlds, meticulously put together.
Through open panels and peep-holes these microcosmic installations allow access into three dimensional vignettes inhabited with a variety of faceless yet vaguely familiar characters. Drawing from the ordinary and the absurd, this assemblage of quotidian details, filmic fragments and sounds, weaves into microcosmic environments that linger in between the familiar and the eerie.
