Tabitha Soren's (b. 1967) new body of work explores perception and uncertainty, where edges blur and focus drifts. By manipulating the surface of the mixed-media photographs, she transforms fleeting moments into layered studies of light, truth, and imagination.
A former journalist and Peabody Journalism Award winner, Soren's work is held within institutions including the National Gallery, Washington; The John Paul Getty Museum, California; and the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
