How long will my parcel take to arrive?
Please allow the following timescales for parcel deliveries:
UK: 1 working day (if ordered before 12pm)
EU: 3-5 working days
Rest of World: 5-7 working days
Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive on the next business day.
Our couriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt. We suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it. Please note that the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Flowers Gallery’s control once it leaves our facilities.
Who will deliver my parcel?
Your order will be sent via the most suitable courier, dependent on size and weight. Flowers Gallery cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the courier. If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the courier will leave a card explaining how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
Can I collect my parcel?
Collection is available from our Kingsland Road Gallery in East London. Please select ‘Gallery Collection’ at the checkout. You will receive an automated email when your parcel is ready for collection. We will endeavour to have your parcel ready for collection in 1 working day (if ordered before 12pm).
Can someone else collect my parcel on my behalf?
If you would like to designate a third party to pick up your order, please provide the name and email address of the individual to the gallery in advance of the collection. The third party will need to bring proof of identity and a copy of your order confirmation. Flowers Gallery is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been collected. The risk of loss or damage to the product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s).
Can I track my parcel?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched. Please note that depending on the courier delivering your parcel, tracking information may not be visible immediately. Please wait 24 hours. You can also view your order history by logging into ‘My Account’ on the Flowers Gallery website.
How much will delivery cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when the delivery address is entered.
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before placing your order.
How can I return my parcel and get a refund?
Flowers Gallery accepts returns up to 14 days after you have placed an order. Please contact the gallery as soon as possible if you would like to return an item.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Flowers Gallery is happy to offer a full refund for returned goods, provided the items have not been damaged due to unnecessary handling and that you have retained your original proof of purchase.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us Flowers Gallery, 82 Kingsland Road, London, E2 8DP +44 (0)207 920 7777 firstname.lastname@example.org of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
